Management Costs
2% of gross value of portfolio per year. This covers the time involved
to attend the auction(s), maintaining books, insuring that endorsements
are made and review properties to insure that endorsements are warranted.
The management group will also receive 30% of the gross value of any properties
that the LLC takes title to. This 30% will be collected at the time of transfer
from the LLC (the sale of the property.)
